Description
This aims to make the Carbine Rifle act more like a "Patrol Rifle" kinda, features include the removal of tracers & the addition of recoil, semi-automatic firing type, extended range, adjusted damage, realistic muzzle flash, & the ability to shoot out of cars as seen in many dashcams. Please note that the rifle is not semi auto within vehicles, I do not currently know how to fix this. However if it bothers that much, you can edit the fire rate in weapon animations.meta file located in the same place. Simply search "Carbine Rifle" and click the down arrow untill you get to the Carbine Rifle section, you can scroll down from there untill you find where it says firerate.
Installation
Go to update.rpf/common/data/ai and drag and drop the weapons.meta file, alternatively if you do not want to override your current weapons.meta follow the same path provided and read the notepad titled "Manual Installation"

You may edit and re-upload freely.
