@ChrisPy Hey, I wanted to ask if it was possible to change the amount of bullets the carbine rifle fires since it shoots 2 bullets and I wanted to have it shoot 1 only.
Anybody know how to decrease recoil on automatic weapons? The combat mg and assault rifles are unusable at anything beyond 5 meters
hey that mf combat rifle....tht MF is a BEAST!! dayum. thats what im talking about. whole mf screen shaking.
@Poorsoul44 Is the update done? Can i play story with this mod?
@ghostkilla691 @Dwighty @nikobelliclover91 new update maybe in a couple months, busy with life shi atm. ill readd all the optional files.
How do i get the screen shake?
Ignore the other comment that I made. I just love this mod, started using this now but it's pretty laggy when using it tho
@Poorsoul44 Aight man no problem good luck with everything
can i somehow reduce or tweak the shake when shooting? or do u have to update the mod
unfortunately doesnt work with RDE 4.0.1. For some reason it causes the police to have no weapons and just stand there when they leave their vehicle
@josh1k98 It's just 1 conflict with a file called weaponanimations.meta, it happens with all the dispatch mods that aren't scripts. Try replacing the file and see what happens, infact I'm going to try to get them working myself now.
@F-Dog thanks for letting me know. do you have the pathway to weapons meta?
@F-Dog okay i figured it out. i replaced the weaponsanimation.meta with the original one in RDE. It works except for officers who have the combat pistol. Causes a bug where they cant reload and theres a constant clicking sound
@F-Dog seems it might be all pistols im not sure, also a bug where the sheriff swat units uniforms turn blue. Let me know if you figure it out
@josh1k98 try this instead.
Always have a clean backup of your update folder ready so you can copy it after deleting the old one. This will wipe all your OIV packages. Then you can reinstall them in a different order. The latest OIV package will always overwrite the previous ones if they have the same file.
What I would do is install this one first and then install RDE over it and test it.
Then what I also do is extract the OIV packages in their folders, just to check what files they contain that will conflict with other mods. That way you can plan how you want to fut your mods together best.
@F-Dog gave that a try and still have the reload bug. i think something just has to be changed in the weapons animation file regarding the pistols. Not sure what though
@josh1k98 Yeah I also tried, can't get them to work either. Seems it might be multiple files or I guess they're just not compatible.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_0nSaI3cLg←Can this be fixed?
Find a way to install with RDE, first install RDE and back up RDE weaponsanimation.meta, then install Realistic weapon play, after use openiv to edit weaponsanimation.meta, add the missing file from RDE's weaponsanimation.meta, i some how make those two mods worked, but i cant do mission anymore
I dont know if its just a conflict with script mods i have installed already, but i do know that when I install this mod with what I have going currently, and use a trainer to spawn all weapons there are a few that are bugged with 0/0 ammo. The Battle Rifle, and Unholy Hellbringer both are bugged like this. I have tried every way possible to add ammo to them but it doesnt work.
