4. Paste files inside this path
5. then go to update > update.rpf > common > data > scroll down and open "dlclist.xml" and paste those lines

Awesome mod. Wanted to do this a long time ago, released a couple cars, but never got around to doing the whole thing.

@Zexton nah man not annoying at all just download els system and put that in game directory and then put els configs inside els folder that's it (that's what you use in five m server if you play it)
