@TyTheGOAT2x Some of the stores already have DLC vehicles, use the PlayerOther Settings -> AllowDLCVehiclesInStores to have them show up. You can also add w/e you want to the XMLs. You will need something to stop the R* despawning of mp/dlc vehicles (like ikts add on spawner)
@seanflem Make sure you havent angered any gangs (use player info to see your rep)
@Daspaz There are some performance settings in the options. You can try turning on some of the cop yield bools if your computer is having issues.

@Peter Badoingy Do you have a specific vehicle the license plates are having issues with (add on or dlc?) in my testing it works OK. I have not seen the save issue either, is the save number correct in the xml? If you mug or search a dealer ped you will get the items they have for sale. I can maybe add that to the human shield mechanic as well.

@jamscones The debug menu or pedswapping to a random gang member is the only way currently. In the future you will be asked to join once you have "proven your worth"

@Niravam You can make changes to (or disable) any crime in the Crimes.xml file (need to reload the mod after making edits)

The next update will be focused on adding store systems to allow you to spend some of your cash on things besides bribes and fines. Will include restaurants, vendors, liquors stores, hotels, headshops, etc. For now food, drink, and hotel stays will only restore health, but I am planning an optional needs system which that will cover. Hotels will also be used to allow you to quickly expire a BOLO, for a price. All of the stores will be fully customizable in case you want to adjust/add items, prices, locations, names, etc. As it stands I have about 200 locations that you can use with more to add. I have also included some UI fixes and improvements to hopefully make it clearer what is going on while not being as cluttered.
