I modify the hex code but in game it still appears under "m2f22" do you know why ?

By chance you don't know how to do the Rockstar Game version ? The launcher is seriously the worst thing they created. Can't downgrade version because it constantly puts the game up to date

I downgraded the GTA version to 3028 as you said above to be able to play without problem but when I accelerate, speed 1 does not go up to more than 45 KM/H and when I manage to shift my speed, a Once the breaker is pressed, the motor lowers itself. How to do it pls ?
