Very simple fix to the precision rifle which now allows to mount different scopes and a suppressor on it.
I also increased the base damage of the weapon, putting it in between the sniper rifle and the heavy sniper.
Attachments added:
- Normal scope
- Advanced scope (now as Stock)
- Thermal scope
- Night vision scope
- Suppressor
Installation:
Put both files (weapon_precisionrifle.meta and weaponanimations.meta) inside "mods/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mpsum2/common/data/ai/"
Changelog:
Version 1.1: Fixed a bug that prevented to aim with the scope while in cover. Slightly increased base damage.
Attachment model names (you can spawn them using a trainer):
Normal scope -> "COMPONENT_AT_SCOPE_LARGE"
Advanced scope -> "COMPONENT_AT_SCOPE_MAX"
Thermal scope -> "COMPONENT_AT_SCOPE_THERMAL"
Night vision scope -> "COMPONENT_AT_SCOPE_NV"
Suppressor -> "COMPONENT_AT_AR_SUPP_02"
I also increased the base damage of the weapon, putting it in between the sniper rifle and the heavy sniper.

@ThatsPella Thanks for the original mod, which has normal scope.
nice mod gives ad ifferent look to the rifle
Best mod ever! But becareful! Rockstar gonna update this soon.
Impressive :D
Nice mod, one suggestion: can you make the sound of the weapon different when suppressed? It sounds the same when unsuppressed. Other than that, good mod
@H4Z4RD Unfortunely there is no way to add and map new sounds to already existent weapons (at least to my knowledge). Anyway thanks for the review.
