@TwoBucks You will need 7zip or Winrar for uncompressed folders/files. Once you have uncompressed the folder/file, you will be able to drop in open iv. You also have the option to drag and drop folder/files directly into your mods folder (uncompressed).
@TwoBucks make sure you have edit mode on in open iv, and also make sure the original emf download is uncompressed, sometime open iv wont allow you to drag and drop in the folder/file is compressed.
