Find Vlad's Export Garage on the map and visit it. Knock on the door to find out which vehicles Vlad is looking for.
When you find the vehicle from the list and get into it, you'll receive a notification. Deliver the car in the best possible condition for the maximum reward.
After first visit you can make a call to Vlad in any moment to get current wanted vehicle list or you can call for extra mission once every 3 hours.
With this mod you can find all DLC vehicles in city traffic. The models vary in different zones. So, for example, you will see supercars mainly around Rockford Hills and Vinewood hills.

Installation:

If you want to see photos of vehicles in the list:
- Open ExportGarage.ini and set EnablePhotosOnList value to True
- Open OpenIV (https://openiv.com/)
- Go to mods\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_web.rpf\
- Activate the Edit mode
- Replace lgm_dlc_lts_creator.ytd
Usage:

The mod is god and fun but I dont know why when I try to deliver the vehicles tha Vlad marks in the map(the ones that gives you the plates and shit) it doesnt accept the cars and say "We dont need that car right now" when is the car that he needs, I dont know how to fix that or what to do about it, I have my own car pack and the cars also have personalized plates that says "Raptor91" I dont know if thats an issue or affects the mod but I do de installation correctly

@maximiliano9998 The script only checks the license plate when you are in Vlad's mission vehicle. If you try to deliver a normal vehicle from the list, this should work (in this case the script compares the model name of the current vehicle to the vehicles in the list)
@fet0r It works well when I try to deliver a normal vehicle but it doesnt delivers the vehicle when it comes to a Vlad's mission vehicle and I dont know why

@fet0r Thanks for the update, unfortunately Vlads contact is not there but I think maybe the problem is on my side.. (short story time) So the way I play GTA V is a bit too much.. I have 3 versions of it
1. Original with absolutely no mods (its mostly like that because of Fivem and Grand Role Play),
2. Pirated Version thats heavily modded with Vice City map and a few Addon cars (Version 1.0.1180.2 the 2015 release) and
3. Pirated Version thats heavily modded with too many drift maps and too many addon cars (Version 1.0.231.0 the Contract DLC.. Dr Dre)
I use the one with vice City map as it has less content and the frame rate is much smoother than the other Version. I'm not sure why your mod does not work with that.. your mod is really cool tbh, a must have for any one that wants more content after completing the game...
I don't know maybe its because I'm using a pirated version, or its because its a very old version using old script hook tools.. not sure wasup, you are the pro at this.. sorry for writing this long.. I'm kinder curious on whats the issue here

@deiied I understood that it is useless to write, the author doesn't show up. on this site I'm understanding that as soon as a person asks about an error or points it out they disappear. or they come up with a basic answer saying whether you have the original version or not....anyway, I'll reassure you, I have the same error as you, I have the original gta5 with two versions, one that I use for the Cayo LS maps, the 3028 and the last one 3095, problem on both.
@RedAngel77 I installed older versions to see how far back the "VehicleMission.VehicleSpawner" exception gets thrown during game startup.
It happens in versions 3.4 and 3.3 but NOT in version 3.2.1.
I'm going to try playing with this version until the mod is updated or I run into other issues.

In my case:
1. Complete Vlad missions until he asks you to go to a race,
2. Arrive at the destination, call vlad again as prompted
3. Go to the racer NPCs, press E to start the race
4. Time skips forward, then nothing happens
5. Error shown.
All the missions that ask you to steal a vehicle is fine, only race scenario missions fail. Tested races at observatory, airport, warehouses.

This mod is great i do have fun with it. But it costs me about 15 fps to have it in. Any reason why?

@fet0r I have a persistence mod for my cars but with your mod (v3.2.1) It swap my persistent car with the wanted ones sometimes making my saved car disappear
