how could install the mod ?

Works great but the license plate lighting is a bit distracting, could just be my set up but maybe turn it down if other users have the same gripe with it. Thanks alot.

If i use your mod ( i tested it really intense so i am sure its your mod ) a can not watch TV anymore. nor when playing micheal travor or Frank. i reinstalled the game and added again every mod i had ( its only 5 mods ). I turned out if i install your mod. my ingam etelevision stays black and i have also no sound. i know it sounds weird but its actually true. :) maybe someine is experiencing something simular? greetings OH also.. the Handy Display get VERY bright which is also kinda weird.. ;)

@HerrLimette I have the same problem with the TV although I don't use this mod. I don't know how to fix it but I never really watched it anyway so it's not really an issue.

that's exactly what I wanted, I hope someone will do the same thing with all the lighting on the map, then at a reduced brightness and enabled ENB night in the game would indeed be like night
