I don´t know if this works with Photoshop and Illustrator, I guess most people work with 3DS Max for example. But you can try it. Search for this file: ap1_04_lsia_.ydr

I don´t got the software for those changes. When you have to pay for doing mods for what you don´t get money back, then I´m out.

@TopcityPD thanks for the info for the beverly center. I didn´t know that. No, unfortunately I don´t got software currently to change the sign. Would be cool if someone who got the software could change it for us. Also the sign of the Opium Nights Hotel into Sheraton Four Points ; o ).
@cluckin_hell hello. better do mod-changes only in the mod folders. search with openiv for the exact files to replace and check in which original folders they are. if you don´t have those folders in your mod path then create those folders in your mods folder and then replace all files in your mod folders. greetings
Hi there, you will find them on the road during the normal game. I did not add cars, I replaced the existing ones and just gave them real car badges to get a bit more realism in the game. That got the advantage, that the car tunig is free from problems and you won´t have too many "out of memory" crashes, because this method saves a lot of megabyte on the road. Greetings : o ).
