Full credit goes to Katka for the original mod on steam. I simply ported this mod to GTA V. This model is from Insurgency Sandstorm, I take no credit for creating the model or textures.
Finally got around to updating this mod. Now it's not enormous lol. I extracted the model and textures from the game files. It's in the Insurgency Sandstorm game files but is unused/unfinihsed.

Description:
The MP5K is the ultimate close-quarters weapon. Created for use in very confined spaces, it is optimally suited both for the active engagement of individual targets and for personal defence.
Replaces the SMG or MK2 SMG.
Features:
Fully animated
Working collision data
Attachment compatible

1.0 Bugs
I finally figured out how to adjust attachment bones so now my mods will be compatible with all attachments. The iron sights on the MP5 don't quite line up and the gun itself is kinda big but other than that it's perfect.
1.1 Bugs
Only issues now are clipping due to the animations of the foregrip and iron sights in first person not being aligned.
Installation:

Adjusted the size of the gun and improved textures by removing compression artifacts and editing the spec map. Also moved the safety to the automatic position and added a replacement for SMG as well.
For the SMG MK2 replacement, place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpgunrunning/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
For the SMG replacement, place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf

Good, but mby rework the placement. The finger should probably be on the trigger :D
I think this would better as replace for the Machine Pistol like this one https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/mp5k-a1. That way the finger will be on the trigger and the foregrip can be there without clipping through the hand. You can have the scope and flashlight attachment bones on the model for the Machine Pistol and the attachments can be added in the weapons.meta and equipping it with a trainer by it's attachment name.

Awesome man! I only wish people actually cared about clipping (hand throung handgrip looks bad). Alternative version with handrip folded or without handgrip (possible not realistic, but still) would be cool..
Hell yeeessss! This has to be the best quality MP5k mod, and good thing it is without any forced attachments like others have. Because some may like the attachments, but them being optional is always the best option. But i must agree with others about the hand clipping, i wish that could be changed somehow :/👍

This is a new proposal. What about a rifle grenade launcher? The guns with cool designs at the moment are the SCAR and the Beretta.
