Drag and drop Els Folder and
ELS.asi
ELS.ini

In Root Folder
If you install an automatic open, openiv and drag and drop "Vapid Towtruck.oiv" and click the install "mods" folder.
If you install manual drag and drop towtruck4p in this line :
"Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
And go to this location : "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data"
click-right on dlclist.xml and click edit when you click edit scroll down and before you can see click enter after and copy paste this line
dlcpacks:\towtruck4p\
click save.
